And they do work when you roll a skill by clicking the Skill itself from the Character Sheet.
However the effect is NOT applied when you try to use it in Combat, by clicking on the weapon in you inventory, and generating the Combat overlay.
Is there a way to make sure the effect is still applied when the Combat overlay is used, either via the HUD, or through the weapon in the inventory?
Other effects are applied correctly, e.g. ones for Statistics or Derived (we customised them to impact NPC's and just drag them on as needed)
