When customer is viewing the cart in landscape or iPad we will have the real estate to show more details.

[ ] Show all details presented in Portrait
[ ] Show unit price for each product
[ ] Allow editing Special Instructions
[ ] Allow toggling Substitutions.
[ ] Flag products that would benefit from Special Instructions. (e.g. sold by weight)
