[Bug] Refineries only overclock up to 200% #100

When I try to calculate my rubber production, and tell it to use as many shards as it needs, it only clocks the refineries to 200% instead of 250%.

This results in the tool telling me I would need 10 refineries at 200% instead of 8 at 250%.

here it is showing it using 3 shards, yet only clocked at 200%.
