Can't select Unpackage X as an alt recipe for X #42

This means you cannot plan certain types of production. E.g. the Turbofuel production chain that uses Diluted Packaged Fuel:

Water + Empty Canisters -> Packager -> Packaged Water Oil -> Refinery -> Heavy Oil Residue (+ Polymer Resin) Packaged Water + Heavy Oil Residue -> Refinery -> Packaged Fuel Packaged Fuel -> Packager -> Fuel (+ Empty Canisters) Fuel + Compacted Coal -> Refinery -> Turbofuel

But the Planner does not allow the Unpackage Fuel recipe to be selected.
