In production Planner Options tab, would be nice to have a drop-down (or buttons or slider) to select the maximum Space Elevator Tier the player has researched, this will select only the recipes and alt recipes up to and including that Tier.
So if you unlocked all up to Tier 6 for example, it would recommend the best recipes to make a factory, no recipes that require a Blender or Aluminum etc.
I know you can sync with te recipes from a save file, but you sometimes just want to plan a factory when you are on another computer.
