Production Planner showing more alt recipes than unlocked in recently uploaded save #91

Issue

In the Production Planner, under Options, Alternate recipes, there is a button to "SYNC FROM SAVE." It showed me 8 Alt Recipes even though I've only unlocked/chosen 5. However, in the Interactive Map, Research, Alternate Recipes, it correctly shows 5/112.
