Add lateral masses of sacrum to Vertebral column articular regions of interest group #11

So far, the lateral masses of the sacrum were not in the ROI group about articulations of the vertebral column. This adds them to the list, assuming that observation of articular conditions may apply to them.

Fixes https://github.com/RDFBones/RDFBonesPhaleron/issues/61.

There seem to be more issues like this. I can also not access the auricular regions when making OA&OPs for the os coxae

The auricular regions have been added to the os coxae articular regions of interest group in https://github.com/AnthroGraph/Phaleron-AppOntology/pull/11/commits/207eb5ec59731afae6a44d69621e5aed5188a2da.
