Add -u to ROBOT script #16

Add -u option to script Script_PhaleronApp-Robot.sh to initialise and update all git submodules.

As of now, submodules are automatically checked for update status and updated in case of changes.

Implementation of a -u option is postponed until the actual need for it arises.
