Kick-In Level picklist has no title #33

The Kick-In Level picklist is just the picklist with no descriptive title. Needs either a header or the starting default unsubmittable value to be "Kick-In Value" or similar.

Whoops. This exists, it just happens to be the exact same color as the background for that row.
