Manually-entered Affiliate lost if pre-reg form fails submittal, edited #43

On the Pre-Reg form, enter valid data and a custom Affiliate value. Either fail submittal or Edit the completed submission on the next page. All data is preserved except the custom Affiliate value, which is lost.

Hm, the affiliates field is some weird JSON voodoo. @EliAndrewC thoughts on getting this fixed?

Is this happening in UberPrime as well?
