Define valid report statuses #17

Currently in use are "new", "default", and "automatic". Manual reports will have statuses for recently created reports and stale reports.

  1. new - New report, no data yet
  2. automatic - Report configured and successfully auto-updating
  3. finished - Manual report finished
  4. disabled - Automatic report not currently updating
  5. stale - Old reports scheduled for removal
