I was using antimicro to play some games with my nintendo switch pro controller, and it worked really well! But now the game i play added controller support, so i thought : great! i suppose i can uninstall antimicro and use the game´s built in controller support! So i uninstall antimicro and go to set up the controls on my game when i realize the controls i set up for the controller were still there! (for example the mouse would still move when i moved the right stick) i still tried to play but it was unplayable. i scoured my computer for any antimicro files but to no avail : my computer was completely devoid of antimicro's presence! please tell me what to do!

Have you rebooted your machine after uninstallation?

yes i have. and still, the mouse moves when i move the stick

i have fixed it. for some bizarre reason, i had to remove the controller (unpair it in settings) and pair it again. now i can play games in peace :)
