Run sdl-jstest --list

You selected a proper program to test whether this mouse can be mapped. But I don't know why you report this issue on this repo. This is an SDL issue, you can report it there: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues

I am not sure whether SDL is meant for supporting this kind of mouse.
I think you should use for Piper for this purpose, not AntiMicroX https://github.com/libratbag/piper/
