The popsloader which I am using is Build_28cbb6622ce0.7z from here.
I had alreadly put all the things to my ms and enabled the popsloader.prx.

Thanks, but I forget to said that I have already find a version which including
all the modules. However, it still cannot start any game with the code
80010002. Sometimes the psp will be crushed and the PSP will automatically turn
off too =[

for some people, especially with ME, it is better to keep popsloader.prx inside
the popsloader folder, and having the entry in POPS.txt point to it there.. ie.
don't move the prx file from the folder into the seplugins folder... just keep
it in the popsloader folder (which is in seplugins).
