What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PRO-B10
2. Install CipL to make CFW permanent
3. Access Recovery Menu and reboot device from recovery
4. ??? -> Bricked?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PSP with permanent 6.60 PRO-B10 CFW. PSP that will not boot up and instead
black screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 1000 OFW 6.60 -> PSP 1000 CFW 6.60 PRO-B10

Please provide any additional information below.

The CiPL installer did not brick it right away. After I installed the CFW and
CiPL, I accessed the recovery menu. After rebooting device from recovery, it
was working perfectly fine for a while, then while my back was turned the PSP
was off. I try to turn it back on and now it seems to be bricked.
