Because it's ridiculous nobody will waste their time making it. (the PSP is 
practically dead in most countries except in Japan). Besides there's already 
dozens of tutorials out there on how to make "Pandora battery & Magic Memory 
Stick" + Updated Recovery flasher.

They didn't even fix the problem on PRO-C2 much more on creating a unbricker oh 
yeah your "request is not even related to PRO CFW" to begin with...
