Automate release cycle #244

The plan is to release new version version every ~week if

there are new changes in Antidote itself
if there are changes in toxcore main branch (or if there is new toxcore tag?)

Release should be automated as much as possible, using https://fastlane.tools/ and some scripting (if needed).

New build should go to beta first, then shipped to the App Store (after 1 week?).
