I added callType to OCTMessageCall since I think it will be good give the user a way to build a call history. Though I'm having trouble thinking of ways of how to integrate this into the OCTDBManager.
Good news is that I was able to verify that the call back for receiving a call works. I built it into the conversation view controller. Though maybe I should put it into another place?
