Not fully done yet, but making some progress. Word of caution, sometimes OCTSubmanagerChatsTests will fail during tests randomly.

hmm something from OCTSubmanagerCallsTests is making OCTSubmanagerChatsTests fail.

Tried locally, those two tests are failing for me as well.

Okay just modified it so Realm deletes all objects after each test. Passed locally now and hopefully it passes Travis here.

Just pushed changes, let me know if anything else is missing. Otherwise I will create a new chuongv/ branch and start finishing up the rest of the tests and demo.
