Fix race condition in OCTToxAVTests #54

Occasionally an assert fails for the OCTCallTimer for the audio tests. I thought I fixed the issue in this commit https://github.com/Antidote-for-Tox/objcTox/commit/ec1fb5b7dfad4e693c0fbb86c846002469f13f18

But turns out that was not the case as it presented it self here again https://travis-ci.org/Antidote-for-Tox/objcTox/builds/69011384

More research is needed as to how this happens

Havne't seen this issue in a while. This may have been fixed by https://github.com/Antidote-for-Tox/objcTox/commit/c60f9ed691692c35ee9c6358045fc12b240270cf
