Update to submanagerAvatars #7

setAvatar will return early with NSError if there was a problem deleting the previous image.

Also included updated test cases.

Let me know if I missed anything :smile:

Not sure if it was necessary but I added an option to pass NSError when attempting to retrieve avatar.
