[x] View all slogans
[x] Edit/add/remove slogans (note: this should work on the fly, in case new slogans get chanted)
[x] Function that highlights a specific slogan in a way that's not jarring

Note that this all can be programmed using hardcoded/test data until the Etebase connection is done
