[REM] partner_event have the same feature #3

Commit 939d3790ed added the same feature

Indeed, I mix both modules in one, so we can remove the notebook one.

@komsas first we developed partner_event_notebook and after that we developed partner_event, We decided with @pedrobaeza (as he said) mix both modules. So we can delete partner_event_notebook. The change doesn't affect data so change is not critical.
