bestgames.ini: MAME 0.262 mismatch #8

The bestgames.ini has 2 unused ROMs when you compare to MAME 0.262. I compare this in my database of MAME 0.262 so it should be correct. I don't manually check this of course.

The file refers to version 0.250 of MAME, as usual the errors will be corrected at the next update.
