What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BTK 0.3.0 in Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I am trying to build BTK 0.3.0 in Windows for Octave 3.8.2 (MXE build). I have 
installed CMake but when I try to find C/C++/Fortran Compilers I do not find 
them in the location suggested by the help file (OctaveBuildInstructions). Can 
anybody help with directions on building BTK for Octave 3.8.2 (MXE) on Windows 
7?
