Removed paket for the more common nuget #9

Implemented appveyor CI/CD yml (will need to discuss with original author of plugin to get fully setup) built out more complete connector card models from the bot framework Added nuget package logo, so it shows up in nuget and in seq Added alert functionality so it properly generates the links Updated gitignore with more file types Updated readme with more info Add event level filtering capability

@AntoineGa Can you look at this? Would like to get this updated version out to nuget. If you want it wouldn't be much work to get the appveyor CI/CD stuff working so any future code updates to this plugin auto-build and deploy to nuget. But I would need your API nuget key for that to work.

@AntoineGa Hi, will you be getting to this soon? Or should I take control of this plugin and publish my own version to nuget? If you want me to handle updates to this seq plugin from now on I can do that. If you could de-list yours from nuget I can get mine going with the same name and increased version #
