Reorder strings of downloaded langpacks #10

So it appears that downloaded langpacks have strings order all mixed up.

We should reorder them to be readable, and allow easily diffs with en-US.

There is a python library that allow working with locales files: https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Silme

else I've been thinking of reorder using a bash script and basing of en-US order.

So along with those scripts, Babelzilla seems to have done the work either on WTS or Adofex
