Strip down the buildnumber in the latest folder for nightlies #30

@ilikenwf any idea on how to do this ? We should keep the build number under date folders, only strip it on the latest folder.

I'm not sure about stripping it out...I'd almost just start replacing the buildnumber with the current datestamp, which would make the "latest" folder make more sense anyway...

The buildnumber is an artifiact from the SVN days, as I understand it. May as well replace it with 20120815 or whatever...

I'm for removing it mainly for the Nightly download page @freaktechnik is making, so he can link without dealing with this number.

We could actually completely leave it out and just create something like Linux-i684-Nightingale-1.12-build.info which holds info about the tip it was built on, builtime and timestamp etc.

@freaktechnik That's what does README.md here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ngale/files/trunk-Nightlies/2013-08-13/
