Proxy support #48

It would be nice to have proxy support for this app, most russian ip's are blocked in my country so I can't even load games list without turning vpn on.

Hello, thank you for your proposal! If I'll decide to make changes to the app, I promise to take a look. Unfortunately right now I am not actively developing the app, I only make critical updates (like when Google demands to update the SDK version or when new INSTEAD version is released).
