The general structure of a page should look mostly the same.

head, contain meta data about the page
body
- header, the banner at the top of the page. Usually containing the title and logo.
- main, the main content of the page.
- footer, the banner at the bottom. Usually containing copyright mark and contact links. The template must allow modifying the main body of the image.

index.html is now the template located in SPAPublic. It has header and footer reuse and the main element where you can put your content for the current page.
