Create pypi release #2

Dear @AntonLydike, we are considering using your risc-v emulator for a project and it would be extremely helpful if you could push an experimental release to pypi. This will make it a lot easier for us to refer to a fixed version while testing and experimenting.

Hey, Thanks for the interest! I've also built a super small kernel which can run on this Emulator. I can send you my thesis including the kernel if you want to.

I'll push a release out this weekend, if I can manage.
