Remove eslint-remote-tester from dependencies and update it #21

eslint-remote-tester was in both dev and runtime dependencies. But it was only used in tests. So I removed it from the dependencies and updated it to the latest version.

Hi, sorry for not getting back to you. I'm not actively using this anymore so I haven't spent time on it.
