Header and background Images #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My header and background images are not showing up. I have tried refreshing 
it. This has happened since I updated to the new constructor. Everything was 
fine before that.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.1
2. Constructor: 1.5.6
3. PHP:
4. Browser:
5. OS:

What URL of your blog(s)?

I have tried uploading new pics for the images but it wont let me.

Remember the file-location must be changed since 1.5
I think it's a cache problem. Constructor caches the CSS-file (good thing, but 
not if you're in developing stage).
So if you updated the main-theme, then noticed you have to change the 
file-location and re-uploaded the child-theme, the cached CSS still will be 
seen.
