Constructor Customize Theme menu #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login to the user dashboard
2.Appearance
3.Customize 

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.1
2. Constructor: 1.5.6
4. Browser: Google Chrome & internet Explorer
5. OS: Windows 7 

After Selecting Customize for the Constructor theme , the menu shows up but not 
organized , and the page is mixd up !!

I see error notice on screen (left bottom corner), please open error window and 
send me text (best if you send error report from Google Chrome)

this is the error from the internet Explorer , the Google chrome did show any 
error message ,

Try open page

it gives this error

Try to disable all plugins one-by-one, I can't reproduce this is issue :(

And please send me debug information from page: 
http://www.m-odeh.com/fsabri/wp-admin/themes.php?page=admin/admin.php&debug=true

All the Plugins are disabled , except the "Permalink Fix & Disable Canonical 
Redirects Pack - 1.0 " because the blog will not work without it ,
