How do I pages to the post so everyone time someones post it does not keep 
going down and down. After a few posts depending on their length I want it to 
run off into another page. Also How do I only show part of the original post 
until you click on it??

Hm, I not understand you problem.
If you want create announce part - you should use tag <!--more-->
If you want divide post by page you should use tag <!--nextpage-->
