Problems with permission and upload images after update the theme #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The images i had in the menu doesnt appear
2. Cant upload images in the custome menu
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.3.1
2. Constructor:1.6.5
3. PHP:
4. Browser:everyone
5. OS:

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://locasfelinas.org

Please check permissions for next directories:

    /var/www/vhosts/locasfelinas.org/httpdocs/wp-content
    /var/www/vhosts/locasfelinas.org/httpdocs/wp-content/constructor
    /var/www/vhosts/locasfelinas.org/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/constructor

I have everything in 777 and does not work

Similar problem here,
WordPress 3.4.1. 
Constructor 1.6.5.

A red box at WordPress interface says -
Please check permissions for next directories:
  .../wp-content
  .../wp-content/constructor
    /constructor

 (All my permissions are 777)

And when I try to upload an image, an error page says -

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output 
started at 
/www/apache/domains/.../wp-content/themes/constructor/libs/Constructor/Admin.php
:59) in /www/apache/domains/.../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881
