Tab title is not what is in Settings, General #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I WPTwined the site at eYelr.com
2. Changed the name to eYelr.com in Settings, General
3. Still shows InRapid City on the home page?

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.3.2
2. Constructor:1.6.5
3. PHP:4 I think.  Hostgator
4. Browser:Firefox
5. OS:XP

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://eyelr.com
