problems with extra bar widgets #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I could use only 3 text widgets in the extra bar
2.  very bad glitch when I am trying to insert text and save it,. It just 
desappears.
 The whole extra bar glitch in with my wordpress
3. I can not have  text widget  sit in the center and below  in the header. It 
sits right on blog's 
title

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 2.7
2. Constructor: ukraine
3. Browser: safari
4. OS: mac 10.5
