Customize Admin Page not formated or working #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed v0.7.7 on Wordpress MU v2.9.1 site running w/ PHP5
2.Activated theme
3.Go to customize, no formatting of the customize admin page like in
previous version (0.6.6) and when I save changes, all formatting on the
website is lost.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: MU 2.9.1
2. Constructor: 0.7.7
3. Browser: Firefox and Safari
4. OS: Mac OSX 10.6

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://kayakcamping.amongstit.com

Please provide any additional information below.
I have used contructor v. 0.6.6 with no problems on the same site
(canoemovie.amongstit.com).  Perhaps it's some sort of problem with this
version of MU.  I love your theme, one of the best I've found, please help!
 I've attatched a few screen shots of the customize page.  Once I click
save changes, the website looses all formatting.

I see some errors with loading CSS files:
