What steps will reproduce the problem?
unsure, but i am unable to uncheck the "group categories into single menu"
box in the header customization section...

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 2.9
2. Constructor: most recent
3. Browser: firefox/safari
4. OS: macosxsnowlep
