Can not download vdem data #31

Makefile instruction can not find the vdem data file:

wget https://github.com/AntonelliLab/Vdem-Biodiversity/raw/master/analyses/input/vdem_variables.csv -O public/data/vdem_variables.csv make: wget: No such file or directory
