Hello, I am trying to recreate this error on my Windows machine, but I can not replicate it. Could you tell me a bit more when this happens? Does it always happen for you? Does it only happen with ML+rapid bootstrap analysis setting? Does this still happen when you try to load an alignment that is not in a folder with a space character?
