add support for "per pall inverted" field division

Please describe your suggested enhancement:

Add the field division of "per pall inverted"

Can you provide an example blazon?

per pall inverted argent, sable, and gules

Can you provide a link to a picture of a shield showing your enhancement

per pall inverted can be seen, among other divisions, at 
"http://heraldry.sca.org/primer/fielddivisions.html"

Works if described as "reversed" but will add "inverted". Division modifier 
code is a bit messy, I will also tidy it up under this issue. Will be in 
release 2.3e.
