Linedraw version of shields #210

Please describe your suggested enhancement:

Provide a new version that has no colours included, could be used for hand 
colouring e.g. by kids, or for "tricking" arms.

Implementation Notes:

Need to make divisions visible, maybe light gray stroke

Need to maintain any black shaded or opaque fills in charges

Charge fills are NOT transparent, but white - must obscure background

Poss. need to override stroke=none, e.g. in geometrics

Not an error for missing colours in blazon???

Now in release 2.5, through the options dialogue, chose colour palette "Outline 
Only"
