"chevron quarterly" quartering improper

Can you provide an example blazon that demonstrates the problem?
Argent, a chevron quarterly sable and gules

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
see attached. Instead, the chevron is overlaid a standard quartering

What version of drawshield are you using?
2.3f.1

What browser and version where you using to view the shield? Does the
problem also occur on other browsers?

Done. Can even have linetypes on the division. Will be in release 2.3i. Also 
done similar for bend quarterly. Could do other ordinaries if examples found.
