Would it be possible to have a new tag/release? #101

There is a contribution for a bioconda packaging of this package, but it is pointing to a tag that is nearly a year old. Would it be possible to tag the current commit or a commit that you trust that is newer than the 1.0.0 tag?

Thanks!

Thank you very much for your contribution. I have created an updated release of the package (https://github.com/AntonioDeFalco/SCEVAN/releases/tag/v1.0.1).

Please let me know if everything is ok now. Regards
