Some changes that I (@StavrosJKw ) will be making to the readVector functions:

[x] Fixing include paths
[x] Renaming the files to have xxxx_xxxxx.cpp/.h format, (read_vectors.cpp & and read_data.h)
[x] Comments based on javaDoc strings
[x] Creating Tests and updating Makefile and shell script
[x] deleting main(), in src/read_vectors.cpp

@AntonisZks and @EvitaChasioti , suggestions to further improve the code are welcome
