“Error Removing Favourites!”

Ever since using JWL Merge once, I have not been able to remove 4 specific videos from the favorites list. So I tried doing a new merge and “remove favorites” option but get the error “Error Removing Favourites!” when doing so once, then I try removing again and it’s says “no favourites found” so then I restore backup in JW Library app but the favourites still show and I am still not able to remove them. I have done a reset of the app without a backup and it works fine so it must be something within the backup. Please help if you can! I’m somewhat tech savvy but not a developer by any means.

This happens on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, PC) when I use a merged backup. I really do not want to lose my notes, tags, highlights but I also want to remove unwanted favourites.

@polarbear1211 perhaps you could send me a copy of the backup?

If that's not possible, please send me a copy of the relevant log file (Documents\JWLMerge\Logs)

I have the same issue. some favorites are able to be deleted, but 2 of the favorites are unable to deleted, nothing happen when i klik "Remove From Favorites". ("Remember Jesus' Death" and "2021 Governing Body Update #4").

@alfredkusuma All works fine with your backup file. Just drop your file into JwlMerge and use the "Remove Favourites" command to remove all favourites as shown below.

I made a new backup from my Surface 7 Windows 11 and also on my iPad Air 4th gen model MYFQ2LL/A... Then downloaded and installed JWLmerge (I did not UnInstalled the previous version) and merged the files. Then loaded it in my Windows 11 (Surface). The inability to remove Favorites CONTINUES.... :(

It worked fine! Thanks! No favorites in JW Library...

Just for your information, (nothing to do with JWL Merge... this was happening well before i ever used JWLMerge)... But in case you know something that may help me in this.. I'm having an issue (only in Windows) that the JW Library crashes while loading content. I noticed it happens if i open ZOOM(R) first and then try to open JW Library... After computer shutdowns JW Library open without issues (if I try to open before Zoom)...
