'Skip' button #312

Sometimes it happens that a brother or sister who has a point at school are absent and the point should be omitted. Then you have to select the next point from the drop-down list. What do you think about adding a 'skip' button? Eg the start button is shortened by 30% and the 'skip the point' button to its right. Greetings.

In my Hall the counsel point is still covered for the congregation. I would have thought that was normal, not to just ignore it and move in.

@rafik73github I think this situation is rare (as @richfrantz suggests) and so a special "skip" function would be too prominent and use of the dropdown is more appropriate. We could consider adding it as an optional feature, however I'd need to know that skipping items in this way is not as rare as we think it is!

All meeting points should be held. The chairman of the meeting is responsible for this. You do not need - my beloved brothers - to remind you, right? Best wishes :)

I never knew we could skip any part.

Chairman, normally either does the part as a talk OR runs around frantically during Digging for Spiritual Gems trying to find substitutes and then has the school re sequenced so that the subsistutes have time to practice in the back.

The courses may be reordered but the Friends normally get upbuilt with the entire spiritual meal and nutrients. At least, that is what I have observed locally.

Question, if this skip button is added, does it work the same with other parts? What makes missing the school parts a special case? I have learned at times more from the Friends who handle their assignment diligently and seriously than some of the other parts.

Our congregation is small. There are only 26 students in the school. Such situations happen rarely but nevertheless. Disease, imperfection, time and unforeseen event ... This button is just a suggestion. It does not have to be permanent. It can be activated in options. My suggestion applies only to practice points. I am very happy that you are trying to make all the training points take place. It's very constructive and we feel encouraged. Best wishes. :-)
