Hi Any Plans to add a Speaker Message to the current time app ( A soundbox feature to OnlyT)

I would be great to have this function. We often used it, but now we changed to JWL and Only-T and we have an issue with sending messages for spaeker.

Add me to the list for this feature! We use(d) this all the time with SoundBox. We have elderly that call in to comment through KHCONF and our WT conductor forgets they are waiting to comment.

One good service is freeconferencecall - FCC ,instaled on sound congregation pc, and do the meeting by voip, this is a free service and dont have a limit of users! Features like send video are present too! Compared to KHCONF , its not a paid service.

wildinocence, do you know of any congregations that use this service? If so, do you have specific contact information? I see many "free" conference call services on the Net. We're using KHCONF right now, which isn't free and the cost is not objectionable, but we're interested in video. Thanks.

We receive a letter about 5 years ago about FCC, and orientation to use on the meetings on Portugal, many congregations use this system, only a few use for video!https://www.freeconferencecall.com/global , this is the site sugested! For video we use FCC app to Android on the phone, and we use the internet, not the call! Only with the APP its possible to see the meeting( works on Windows/ android , tablet, smartphone , PC or laptop). First install FCC for PC, add a email to create an acount , and a number its generated for the conference, and acess code to listen the meeting( and a id name). To emit the meeting, need to use the box Host, and select the áudio source, and video source on preferences, and click on the phone simbol to startup the call. Listeners of call only can listen on home phone, works( similar to KHconf).for áudio/ vídeo , the APP on the phone,select join the meeting, and put the id of the meeting and click on join! When the meeting by audio start , the sound apear, now if the host on the Kingdom hall start the vídeo simbol, and its start to emit the vídeo on the host, to the listeners, but the vídeo only apear on the tablet/ smartphone/ PC. With wise use, we can use internal chat session to write about One answer to the wt study.( The function of soundbox its used here), for now its Over ,new solution its waiting for new features of onlyT. scottys94: I know about livekingdomhall.com. Can't go that route because of LDC rules involved with the new equipment. However, it is my understanding that we would be allowed to replace our conference service and software. Actually, I'm doing this on my own as a proof of concept thing before taking it forward.

Hi, KenFrantz its freeconferencecall.com , There are a few similar sites, but go on diferent Directions! We start the same way, start as a Proof of concept, try and Run the system many Times before do a live meeting! A good way to go, its to ask about the letter of recomendation about this system, the Helders can obtain, and help to use on the K.Hall ! Precaution about filming assistence, the organization on the letter tells due to the personal data and copyright, only show the speaker( speach part and wt study).hope it helps :)

@wildinocence Is ti possible to select in the FCC Windows app the line in as audio source? I'm getting the audio signal from the mixer and through PC's line in. I'm using this for occasional recordings. Can I use this line for FCC and have a better sound instead of a webcam microphone or a standalone microphone? Thanks for your help.

LvDaniel ,shure line in or micro in works perfect! We use an creative sound blaster that have line in, the sound quality its better than the micro!

A great feature, its the option to Record the meeting in MP3 file, thats good for a special need. Enter in freeconferencecall.com login with the e-mail and password, after registration,and apear a menu with option, and the details of the calls. Near that menu its the option Record session. I hope solve a double problem in your situation , conference and Record.
